How to get the CleverReach plugin into your online store:

Download the plugin:

• Step 1: Go to the xt:Commerce Plugin Store.
• Step 2: Click on the "Download" button (orange) or on the "Downloads" tab (black).
• Step 3: Click on the zip file you want to install.
• Step 4: Then enter your store credentials and download the zip file.
• Step 5: Once the download is complete, unzip the zip file. Now upload the "cleverreach" folder to the plugin folder in the root directory of your store using the FTP client. Make sure that the uploaded files have the appropriate permissions so that the web server can load them. If the permissions are not set correctly, the "Forbidden" page will appear as soon as you open the plugin (see step 5 below).

2. proceed with the installation:

• Step 1: To install CleverReach for your xt:Commerce store, log into the admin area of your store.
• Step 2: Click on "Plugins -> uninstalled plugins".
• Step 3: Search for CleverReach plugin in the list and click on the installation icon.
• Step 4: After the installation is finished, you will see a listing of all executed processes with the message: "The installation was successful, you can now configure the module under "Plugins -> installed plugins"".
• Step 5: Now open "Plugins -> installed plugins" and click on the edit icon next to the CleverReach plugin. This will open a form for configuration. Then activate the plugin by selecting the appropriate status in the checkbox. Once activated, you can access the plugin from the  marketing section.
